Refund Policy

At Hawk’s View Maintenance, we take pride in delivering quality handyman and maintenance services. Our goal is always to ensure you are satisfied with the work performed.

1. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of service. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional charge.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Because our services involve time, labor, and travel, completed services are non-refundable. However, if we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances within our control, a partial refund or credit may be offered.

3. Cancellations & Deposits

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property or work cannot proceed due to reasons outside our control, the minimum service call fee ($150) will still apply.

4. Materials

Materials purchased for your project are non-refundable once installed or used. If unused materials are returned, refunds will follow the supplier’s return policy.

5. Payments

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
