Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hawk’s View Maintenance. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Hawk’s View Maintenance provides general handyman and home maintenance services. We do not perform licensed trades (such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work requiring permits) unless otherwise stated.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All pricing is provided per task or project.

  • A minimum service call fee of $150 applies.

  • Estimates are based on information provided and may be adjusted if additional work or materials are required.

  • Payment for materials purchased on your behalf will be added to your final invoice.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit card, and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 fee.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property or work cannot proceed for reasons beyond our control, a minimum service fee will still apply.

5. Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure quality service, Hawk’s View Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or future issues unrelated to the work performed.

  • Customers must inform us of any known risks (such as electrical hazards, structural issues, or water leaks).

  • Hawk’s View Maintenance is insured, but liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

6. Warranty

  • We stand behind our workmanship. If an issue arises with work we completed, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or work modified by others after service.

7. Safety & Access

  • Customers must provide a safe working environment and access to the work area.

  • For outdoor work, services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Hawk’s View Maintenance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any property where conditions are unsafe, unreasonable, or where requests fall outside the scope of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
